I started taking pictures as a missionary in Washington with a little Kodak point-and-shoot camera. After returning home, it wasn't long before I was introduced to the new and exciting iPhone.
My first iPhone was an iPhone 4. The great thing about the iPhone was you didn't really need to carry around a point-and-shoot. The idea was that you always had your camera with you in your pocket.
Up until recently, I classified myself as an "iPhoneographer." All of my images and videos were captured solely on the iPhone. For a while, that worked out just fine. But Instagram filters and other editing apps only get you so far.
Now, I've recently been introduced to the DSLR camera and look forward to learning and documenting my progress.
Currently, my emphasis is in real estate, architectural, and landscape photography. Later on I hope to branch out into other mediums.
